Darryl was born in Bethlehem, PA, and raised in Charlotte, NC. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Darryl’s career spans the quick-serve restaurant industry, where he gained extensive experience as a corporate consultant and independent franchisee within Chick-fil-A. In these roles, he mastered consulting and operations. Additionally, Darryl has served as an elder at a growing multi-site church, a Chick-fil-A market leader, and a consultant to various small businesses.

Darryl’s journey is marked by vision, leadership, strategy, operational toughness, and resilience. He has navigated the challenges of tight P&Ls and celebrated the successes of brand growth, balancing grand corporate strategies with detailed execution.

As co-host of “The Wonder of WOOO Podcast,” Darryl is dedicated to leading with purpose and vision, ensuring the enduring success of his clients both personally and professionally. His greatest achievement is meeting his wife, Julie. Together, they are raising three children and striving for excellence in both their professional and personal lives.
